Scholarships for Academic Year 2017/18

Granting scholarships to the citizens from developing countries for studies at the Czech public Higher Institutions is an important part of the development cooperation of the Czech Republic with long tradition. From the late 1950s until present day, over 21 500 foreign nationals have completed their studies at Czech public Higher Institutions with scholarships of the Government of the Czech Republic.
In 2013 the Government of the Czech Republic approved its Strategy for Granting Government Scholarships for Students from Developing Countries in 2013-2018. In accordance with this Strategy the Government of the Czech Republic offers to the Kingdom of Cambodia five scholarships for academic year 2017/18
The scholarship programs are as follows:
1. Study Programs in the Czech language:
BA (Bachelor's degree programs): 3-4 years
MA/MSc (Master's degree programs): 4-6 years
PhD (Doctoral degree programs): 3-4 years;
Field of Study: medicine, agriculture, technical subjects and economics.
2. Study Programs in the English language:
Follow-up MA/MSc (follow-up Master's degree programs): 1-3 years
PhD (Doctoral degree programs): 3-4 years;
Field of Study: medicine, agriculture, technical subjects and economics.
