Top ranking Czech in KFOR awarded by Silver Medal of MFA

On January 13, 2014 Head of the Czech Embassy in Kosovo Mr. Jiri Dolezel awarded Silver Medal of Jan Masaryk to Mr. Karel Ulik for his personal active support and valuable cooperation in performing the common tasks in Kosovo. Mr. Karel Ulik has worked for more than a year in a position of Deputy Political Advisor to the Commander of KFOR mission in Kosovo, the highest civilian post occupied by Czech expert in KFOR. Throughout his assignment to KFOR Mr. Ulík had been showing immense performance and great professionalism, and admirably represented the Czech Republic at the foreign mission. High qualities of Mr. Ulik were praised also by KFOR Commander General Salvatore Farina in his personal letter addressed to Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defense.
