Ambassador Vicenová opens exhibition in the Parliament

Exhibition on the fate of Jewish children from the Terezín ghetto was organised by the Ústí region in cooperation with the Czech Permanent Representation and other partners.

Up to a hundred guests participated at the opening of an exhibition entitled „Don´t Lose Faith in Mankind... The Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia Through the Eyes of Jewish Children“, held in the European Parliament in Brussels on 16 November 2010. The exhibition examined the fate of six Jewish children from 1939 to 1945.

The exhibition ran from 16 to 19 November in the Parliament and then, until 3 December, at the Czech Centre in Brussels. It was organised by the Ústí Region in cooperation with the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU; Mr. Richard Falbr, MEP; the Czech Centre in Brussels; Jewish Museum in Prague and European Shoa Legacy Institute.
