The Czech Republic's Josef Karas, the 1st runner-up of the Mr World 2010, was not the only Czech who succeeded in this pageant. Among the top five, there was also the Netherlands´ Honza Jan Filipi, Czech-speaking, and showing his roots with his so distinctively Czech first names.
