In what might have been the very last official diplomatic funcition of 2009 in Seoul, a new Cooperation programme in the field of education, youth, sport and culture between the governments of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Korea was signed in Seoul. The official ceremony took place in Czech Info Center on late afternoon, December 30, 2009, with Mr. Jo Dae-shik, Director-General for Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea and H.E. Mr. Jaroslav Olša jr., Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Korea officiating the event.
