Representatives of each country in their speeches agreed on the positive political and economic benefits of the big enlargement in 2004 for a European stabilization and economic development, not only from the perspective of the accessing 10 countries, but also in other member states. The seminar also approached the development of each country during the past 10 years, and their attitudes to current foreign policy issues.

The Swedish guests who actively participated in the discussion contributed to the positive outcome of the seminar.
