Swedish – Czech Parliamentarian Group in Riksdag

The first Svensk – Tjeckiska parlamentarikernätverket, the Swedish – Czech Parliamentarian Group was established in the Swedish Parliament, Risksdag, on November 7, 2012.
The Member of the Riksdag, Mr. Finn Bengtsson, was elected as the Chairman of the Group, the Member of the Riksdag, Mr. Peter Jeppsson, was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Group.
The Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Mrs. Jana Hynková, presented the Swedish – Czech relations and the Czech Republic on the occasion of the first meeting of the group.
The Ambassador Hynková introduced shortly the Czech - Swedish relations and the possibility of their further development.
The Chairman of the group is Mr. Finn Bengtsson from Moderaterna and the Deputy Chairman is Mr. Peter Jeppsson from the Social Democrats.
