They hold consultations with the Deputy Governor of the Swedish Central Bank, Sveriges Riksbank, Mr. Per Jansson, were received by the Minister for EU Affairs Mrs. Birgitta Ohlsson and hold the consultations with the State Secretary of the Swedish Prime Minister Mrs. Katarina Areskoug Mascarenhas and the State Secretary of the Ministry for Finance Mrs. Johanna Lybeck Lilja.

The talks concentrated on the preparation of both countries for up-coming meetings of the Council of EU and the European Council. The consultations have shown the similarity of the opinions in many questions and at the same have shown the potentials for the bilateral cooperation within the EU policies.
