On December 8, 2012, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Estonia, Mr. Richard Kadlčák, awarded at the premises of the Czech Embassy in Tallinn, the Estonian participants of the "Lidice 2012 International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts". The jury of the exhibition awarded thirteen Estonian children. Ten of them received the Honourable Mention and two children were awarded with the "Rose of Lidice" Medal. The "Rose of Lidice" Medal was also received by the "Tallinna Vanallina Kunstikeskus" for the collection of works from this artistic school.
