Mutual meeting full of games in an orphanage Lotus, which was founded by Australian woman D. Kalika was also joined wife of the Czech Ambassador Mrs. B. Jílkova. We talked about the Czech Republic, Czech Christmas customs, cut out stars of apples and divined the future by casting wax into water. There were altogether 25 children between 2 and 7 years. They sang to us and very bravely introduced themselves to Mrs. Jílková. For lunch, we prepared traditional Czech meals - potato salad and fish and other goodies like fancy breads, gingerbreads and hot chocolate. All children were cheering from the presents that left them the Child Jesus in the mid time under the Christmas tree. The Hospice “Hope”, we passed on clothes, fruits and other food. In a pleasant afternoon, we played the guitar and sang songs together.
