Summer School of Slavonic Studies 2014

Summer School of Slavonic Studies is a language course for the specialists of the Slavic and Bohemistic field, translators and for everybody, who is interested in the Czech language, literature, history and culture.

The summer courses take place annually during the summer vacation months and last from 2-4 weeks depending on the academic content of the course. Students can participate in the summer school as a scholarship recipient from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic or on paid basis.

Based on the Agreement between the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of Mongolia on Co-operation in the Fields of Education, Science and Youth, there are 3 ministry scholarships from the Ministry given to the Mongolian students. The study of the scholarships recipients will take place at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University, Institute of Czech Studies. The final selection is made by the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia.

The deadline for sending applications is on March 31, 2014. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ulaanbaatar must receive all filled out applications only by means of the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia no later than March 10, 2014.

Please submit your applications to the Ministry on time.

Interested students can also participate in the Summer School of Slavonic Studies on paid basis. Paying participants must follow the instructions and deadlines of individual schools according to their choice and communicate with them directly.
