Summer School of Slavonic Studies in the year of 2012

For Mongolia three scholarships are available in 2012 for the courses at the Faculty of Art of the Charles University in the term since 27th of July till 24th of August 2012.

Summer School of Slavonic Studies (SSSS) are the courses provided by several public universities in the Czech Republic.

Summer School of Slavonic Studies are the courses organized by several public universities in the Czech Republic. Courses are held annually during the summer months (July, August, and September) and their length varies from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the content of the course chosen by SSSS.

The courses are designed for foreign students, professionals (teachers, translators, interpreters), and academics in the Czech and other Slavonic languages. With its wide-ranging, it is open to anyone who is interested in the Czech language, literature, history, and culture. As part of its educational units there is an offer of the individual SSSS Czech language courses of different levels, optional seminars focused on the study of the Czech literature, culture, and history. Leisure time activities include theatrical, musical, and dance performances, excursions, trips, etc.

You can participate in the Summer School of Slavonic Studies either as a self-payers - you will pay all the costs associated with your participation in the courses or as a scholarship receiver - the tuition and other associated costs will be covered by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The number of scholarships to the SSSS for each country is determined on the basis of international treaties concluded under the auspices of the Ministry of Education with partner countries. For Mongolia three scholarships are available in 2012 for the courses at the Faculty of Art of the Charles University in the term since 27th of July till 24th of August 2012. Selection of candidates for the scholarships to the Summer School of Slavonic Studies will be done by the Ministry of Education of Mongolia.
