Introduction

Legislatively, the Green Card project is governed, in the national law, by Act No. 382/2008 Coll., which amends Act No. 435/2004 Coll. on Employment, as amended; and by Act No. 326/1999 Coll. on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Territory of the Czech Republic and on changes to some Acts, as amended, and by other related Acts.
  

The project is targeted on the nationals of third countries, the list of which is defined in theDecree of the Ministry of the Interior No. 461/2008 Coll.
