As part of the program, participants also visited the Illinois Science and Technology Park in Skokie, IL, and the Argonne National Laboratory.

The event gave an opportunity to research institutions and private businesses from both countries to present their work and their capabilities to their partners with the aim of launching a long-term international cooperation.
