Ambassador of the Czech republic to UAE, H.E. Jiří Slavík, together with his deputy Oldrich Zajiček, visited Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi in his Seat in  Ras Al Khaimah. Ras Al Khaimah is the third biggest emirate from seven emirates  of  the United Arab Emirates. Ambassador Jiří Slavík congratulated to Sheikh Saud bin Saqr in occasion of the 49th Anniversary of the Establishment of UAE and underlined quick development of  Ras Al Khaimah during the last 10 years under his leadership. Ambassador has mentioned, that the Czech Republic wish to have more closer relations with Ras Al Khaimah in economic, cultural, educational or scientific field. The Embassy of the Czech Republic supports  the establishment of the Association of Czechs and Slovaks in UAE with its Seat in Ras Al Khaimah and organization of the Events to promote Czech  culture, customs and arts. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi was very pleased that Czech republic came with such initiative and his support to this idea was given. He also supports development of the relations between Ras Al Khaimah and Czech Republic in all fields. Sheikh Saud had been informed by Ambassador Jiří Slavík, that first common „Czech-Ras Al Khaimah Forum“ will be organized on 8- 9, December 2020. On this Forum some possibilities of the future cooperation will be introduced.
