Visa Appointment Booking System

To book an appointment for your visa application please follow the instructions below:
 

Schengen Visa (up to 90 days) – e-mail booking

All applicants for short-term Schengen Visa need to book their appointment via email at the following email address:

consular_abuja@mzv.cz

Date and time of the appointment booking session for September 2020 is:

Friday, August 14, 8 AM.

Number of slots available in the month of the next appointment booking session: 12

When sending the application e-mail, please follow the instructions below:

  • Enter the applicant's passport number into the message subject; must be identical with the number on the applicant’s passport data page attached to the application
  • Attach a scan copy (.pdf, .jpg format) of applicant’s passport data page
  • Fill in applicant’s identification details – name, surname, date of birth and passport number
  • Fill in the purpose of the intended trip (tourism, business, conference, visiting family or friends, etc.)
  • Fill in applicant’s telephone number and email address

Only the bookings sent to the above stated specified mailbox with all the obligatory requirements will be received and processed. Bookings sent to other mailboxes or missing some of the above stated requirements will not be accepted.

One applicant can book one appointment only, with the exception of spouses and accompanying minors whose applications are submitted by their parents or legal guardians. Confirmation of appointment will be sent to the applicant by e-mail. Appointments cannot be rescheduled. Booking of appointment for each applicant has to be sent only once and from one e-mail address only. In the case of multiple parallel booking for one applicant, sent repeatedly or from several different e-mail addresses, none of the received bookings will be accepted and no appointment will be granted.

On the day of the booked appointment, applicants are required to appear in person at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Abuja at 9 AM or inform the Embassy by phone about a possible delay caused by unforeseeable circumstances. In any other case, lodging of an application will not be possible and the appointment will be cancelled without compensation.

Long-term Visa and Residence Permits (over 90 days) – e-mail booking

Date and time of the appointment booking session for September 2020 is:

Emails sent before this date and time will be disregarded and will not be responded to.

All applicants for long-term visa or residence permit need to book their appointment via email at the following email addresses, depending on the type of visa / residence permit requested:

Long-term visa for the purpose of Study: visa-student_abuja@mzv.cz

When sending the application e-mail, please follow the instructions below:

  • Enter the applicant's passport number into the message subject; must be identical with the number on the applicant’s passport data page attached to the application
  • Fill in applicant’s identification details – name, surname, date of birth and passport number
  • Fill in applicant’s telephone number and email address
  • Attach a scan copy (.pdf, .jpg format) of applicant’s passport data page
  • Attach a scan copy (.pdf, .jpg format) of a document proving the purpose of stay in the Czech Republic (acceptance letter)

  • Fill in applicant’s identification details – name, surname, date of birth and passport number
  • Fill in applicant’s telephone number and email address
  • Attach a scan copy (.pdf, .jpg format) of applicant’s passport data page
  • Attach a scan copy (.pdf, .jpg format) of a document proving the purpose of stay in the Czech Republic (acceptance letter)

General Instructions for All Long-term Visa and Residence Permit Bookings:

Only the bookings sent to the above stated specified mailboxes according to the purpose of long-term visa / residence permit application,  with all the obligatory requirements, will be received and processed. Bookings sent to mailboxes other than those designated for the purpose of stay or missing some of the above stated requirements will not be accepted.
