The Czech company Anita B. from Boskovice manufactures professional sewing machines under the Garudan brand, which are used primarily for large-scale production of textiles and footwear. The company already has a lot of experience in Africa, so it has now focused on establishing a branch in the most populous country in the sub-Saharan region, namely its largest shopping center - Lagos, Nigeria.

On April 7, 2022, in the presence of representatives of Anita B. Mr. Burgr and Mr. Paar, the first real clients and other potential customers, the representative of CzechTrade in Lagos Mr. Štěpán Beneš and the economic diplomat of the embassy in Abuja Mrs Beata Matusiková, the company opened its first showroom and prepared an open day.

The company has already concluded its first orders in Nigeria, and has and will continue to look for its customers in neighboring countries. We firmly believe that Anita B./Garudan Africa will not only face other business successes in Nigeria, but will also be followed by other Czech companies.
