Ambassador in Burkina Faso

On Thursday, February 18, 2021, Ambassador Ján Füry presented his credentials in Ouagadougou to  the President of Burkina Faso H.E. Roch Marc Christian Kaboré. He also met with the Prime Minister Christoph  Joseph-Marie Dabiré , Foreign Minister  Alpha Barry and Minister of Security Ousséni Compaoré of the BF. He had consultations with the  representatives of local NGOs, that are the implementers of Czech development projects in the country, and some representatives of the local art scene.
 

The topics of the official talks were the possibilities of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Burkina Faso and operations of the Czech Republic in the Sahel, of which Burkina Faso is a part. The talks were cordial and in many ways inspiring.
