Company PAMCO INT and LOM Praha obtained the contract for the overhaul of Mi-17 helicopter of the Air Force Ghana

After a long negotiation, in October 2017, finally two Czech companies PAMCO INT and LOM Praha agree to implement the agreement to overhaul transport helicopter MI-17 Ghana Air Force.

At the beginning of November 2017, the MI-17 helicopter was transported to the Czech Republic by the Il-76 aircraft. After landing at the Brno airport, it was transported to the state-owned company LOM PRAHA s.p., which will work on its overhaul in the coming months. Already in Ghana, the helicopter was partially dismantled for the purpose of transportation by specialists who, for this purpose, LOM PRAHA s.p. sent.

To obtain this contract contributed greatly both deputy director for management section of industrial cooperation and management organization of the Ministry of Defense Tomáš Kuchta, the Deputy Minister Lukáš Kaucký from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who have a contract negotiated with their counterparts during events promoting economic diplomacy (PROPED) and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Accra, led by her excellence Margita Fuchsová.
