Before applying for an in-person meeting, consider whether your visit is urgent..

In order to set up an appointment at our Consular Office, please send an e-mail to Consulate_Accra@mzv.cz  Include your full name, purpose of visit* and a preferred (plus a second preferred) date and time for the appointment etc. Our public hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Please visit us in person only after you have obtained a confirmation of your appointment. The written confirmation of your appointment received from the Consur office  (printed on paper or displayed on your mobile device) must be shown to gain access to the premises of the Embassy.

The Embassy has introduced and enforces precautionary  measures and restrictions for visitors.

A prior appointment is necessary for all in-person visitors to the Czech  Embassy in Accra in compliance with current health protection measures.
Postpone your visit if you are sick with a fever or respiratory symptoms or are currently under isolation or quarantine.
If you are arriving early, please wait until the exact starting time of your appointment.
Please get ready the confirmation of your appointment, received from the Consular Office (printed on paper or displayed on your mobile device).
If you have a confirmed appointment,please press the doorbell at the exact time of the appointment.
You will be attended if you wear a clean clothface covering that securely covers both your nose and mouth.
Only confirmed customers are allowed to enter the premises of the Consulate.
Any accompanying party without their own appointment may not enter.
Maintain a  social distance of  during your appointment.

If you are arriving more than 15 minutes late, you need to have your appointment re-scheduled.

If you do not have a confirmed appoint-ment, or if you need to re-schedule it, send an e-mail to Consulate_Accra@mzv.cz Please visit us in person only after you have obtained an e-mail with a confirmation of our appointment. An appointment cannot be arranged here on the spot..
