In 2020, for the first time, the partnership program of the Czech Republic with the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) was extended to all priority countries of Czech development cooperation. The main goal of the Challenge Fund is to ensure the transfer and sharing of Czech know-how and innovations that would contribute to the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda development goals (SDGs) in six priority countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Georgia, Cambodia, Moldova and Zambia. In these projects, the Czech implementers work in close cooperation not only in coordination with UNDP, but also with local partners to ensure the sustainability and potential replicability of the project.
