Certificate handover ceremony for the soldiers of the Jordanian Army

On October 24, 2019, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic Mr. Josef Koutsky accompanied by the Defence Attaché of the Czech Republic in Amman, Col. Stanislav Tesarek visited the Jordanian training center for protection against weapons of mass destruction located in Zarqa city. His Excellency handed over certificates to 19 soldiers of the Jordanian Army, who successfully completed a three week training in the field of protection against weapons of mass destruction and explosive ordnance disposal, which was under the supervision of 10 Czech military instructors.

 During a meeting with commander of the Royal Engineer's College Brig-General Khaled Abdel Halim Al Shantir, the Czech Ambassador appreciated the cooperation between the two armies and highlighted the importance of Jordan’s security and stability in the unsettled Middle East. After the certificate handover ceremony, the Ambassador Koutsky accompanied by Col. Tesarek along with officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces was familiarized with a training rehearsal by the Jordanian Armed Forces, and then by a tour at their training center.
