WARRIOR COMPETITION - success of the Army of the Czech Republic

Members of the Army of the Czech Republic from the special forces of the 102nd Reconnaissance Battalion have achieved excellent success and won awards in two out of six disciplines at the 11th Annual competition held in Amman at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Centre (KASOTC) from 14 to 20 April, 2019.
They placed 1st in the "Trench Foot" competition and 3rd in the "Asylum" competition, returning to the Czech Republic with two cups - gold and bronze. Among all the participants from 26 countries the Czech Republic got 5th place in the final results.
H.E. Ms. Josef Koutsky, Ambassador of the Czech Republic together with the Defence Attaché Col. Stanislav Tesarek attended the closing ceremony in which results were announced and thanked the members of the battalion for their successful representation of the Army of the Czech Republic as well as their country in this competition. This year's placement of the Czech soldiers has been the best over the past 5 years. Congratulations!
