Czech Minister of Industry and Trade has visited Türkiye

The 1st meeting of the Czech - Turkish JETCO took place in Ankara on 20th October with the delegations led by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Czechia, Mr. Jozef Sikela, and by the Minister of Trade of Türkiye, Mr. Mehmet Mus. The JETCO meeting was preceded by the Czech - Turkısh bilateral business forum held at the seat of TOBB, with opening statements by the two Ministers and the President of the Czech Economic Chamber Mr. Vladimir Dlouhy, and by the President of the TOBB Mr. Rifat Hisarciklioglu. The attendance of the Forum entailed dozens of Czech and Turkish businesses and the discussions focussed on cooperation in the sectors of energy and railroads. Minister Sıkela also held bılateral polıtıcal consultatıons wıth Mınıster Mus and the Mınıster of Energy and Natural Resources, Mr Fatıh Dønmez. The Czech Mınıster and hıs offıcıal and busıness delegatıons contınued theır programme at Istanbul, ıncl. the vısıt to the Foreign Economic Bord of Türkiye (DEIK) and attendıng the bılateral busıness forum at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO).
