Registration for applying for employee cards

Registration for employee cards is only possible at the e-mail address Zamkarta_Ankara@mzv.cz Other types of residence permits, including a blue card and seasonal employment, should be made via visa_ankara@mzv.cz

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara hereby announces that the ordering system for personal applications for employee cards is only possible via the e-mail address Zamkarta_Ankara@mzv.cz. Registration for an employee card is not possible via visa_ankara@mzv.cz.

ONLY the unique passport number of the applicant must be stated in the subject line of the sent e-mail.

For e-mails that will contain information other than the passport number itself in the subject of the message and for e-mails that will be delivered to the e-mail box Zamkarta_Ankara@mzv.cz before the start of the order (ie before the specified date and time) and multiple e-mails sent by one applicant will not be considered and will be considered invalid.

Each applicant can send only 1 e-mail. If one applicant sends more than one e-mail within the given deadline, the order will be automatically excluded from this deadline, even if the e-mails will be sent from more than one e-mail address. The exclusion notification will only be sent to the applicant's first duplicate email detected. If it is established that the applicant has already submitted an application for a long-term visa or long-term / permanent residence in previous months and this application is pending, his / her e-mail will also be excluded from further processing and considered invalid.

The possibility of registration is from 06/02/2023 from 10:00 (local Turkish time).

Date of submission for valid registrations will be given in the range of 3 to 5 working days (date of submission will be approximately 3-5 weeks from the date of registration) with forwarded information by e-mail.


The quota is 34 applications for this part of the registration.

 

What the email order must look like (!):

 

Part 1 (Subject of the e-mail):

Part 2 (Text of the e-mail) - the text of the e-mail must contain the following information:

SURNAME and First name (in Latin, exactly according to the applicant's passport)

ATTENTION! Email text must not contain anything else! No other text will be taken into account. There will be no response to requests to change dates!

 

Part 3 (e-mail attachments):

in e-mail attachments, the applicant must attach attachments in pdf format (links to attachments located in cloud storage are not accepted):

A copy of the data page of your travel document with personal data and photos in pdf format

A copy of the document proving the purpose of the stay - eg scientific stay, admission to study, trade license, etc. in pdf format

Holder of a travel document of the Republic of Turkey: proof of place of residence (permanent residence) and other addresses within the consular district of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara (Yerleşim yeri (ikametgah) ve diğer adres belgesi) in pdf format

Holder of a travel document not issued by the Republic of Turkey: Residence permit (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ikamet İzni) in pdf format Rule 1 e-mail = 1 applicant applies, orders for more than one person in one e-mail are also not accepted.

 

Applications will be processed chronologically according to the time they were received. Requests received until capacity is filled will be answered by automatic e-mail and then processed within 7 days. Requests that meet all the requirements received above the capacity limit will receive an automatic response to this fact and the deadline will not be allocated due to capacity. The assigned dates are fixed.

The e-mail address Zamkarta_Ankara@mzv.cz is intended exclusively for applications for applying for employee cards.
