RESERVATION SYSTEM - LONG TERM VISAS, RESIDENCE PERMITS

An application for a long-term visa or residence permit can be submitted at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara by default ONLY on the basis of proper email registration at the e-mail address ankara.visa@mzv.gov.cz. Otherwise, the application will be declared inadmissible.
E-mail requests for setting a date for receiving the application are sorted into one queue according to the date, hour, minute and second of delivery to the individual e-mail boxes of the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara.
Based on the correct information, you will receive an e-mail with the date, time and address of the place where the application was submitted.

RULES FOR EMAIL TO MAKE AN APPOIMENT

Your email should have these 3 parts:


Part 1 (Subject of the e-mail): indicate only one of the four possible purposes of the stay

Visa for a stay of more than 90 days (long-term):

study

extraordinary work visa

seasonal employment

business

family

sport

cultural

Long-term residence permit:

study

scientific researcch

family reunification

blue card

internally transferred employee card

!ATTENTION! The subject of the email must not contain anything else! Examples of e-mail subject:

Example of study: STUDY, OZTURK Mehmet

Example blue card: BLUE CARD, OZTURK Mehmet

Example BUSINESS: BUSINESS, OZTURK Mehmet

Family example: FAMILY, OZTURK Mehmet

 

Part 2 (Body of the e-mail) - the text of the e-mail must contain the following information:

· SURNAME and First name (in Latin, exactly according to the applicant's passport)

· Birthdate

· Number of travel document

· Contact phone

· Contact e-mail

!ATTENTION! The body of email must not contain anything else! No other text will be taken into account. There will be no response to requests to change dates o appointments!

Emails that do not meet all the above ordering rules will not receive a follow-up reply.

Part 3 (e-mail attachments): in e-mail attachments, the applicant must attach attachments in pdf format (links to attachments located in cloud storage are not accepted)

The documents in a separate attachment must not be in ZIP or JPG format and their total size must not exceed 10 MB. If the size of the e-mail is larger, the applicant will be automatically excluded from the registration:

· A copy of the data page of your travel document with personal data and photos in pdf format

· A copy of the document(s) proving the purpose of the stay (in case that your stay is linked to other applicant or a holder of residence permit kindly send these documents as well in order to correctly consider your request for reservation) - e.g. hosting agreement (scientific stay), admission letter (study), trade license or business register record (business), marriage/birth certificate and proof of current or future legal residency of family member in the Czech Republic (family) etc. in PDF format only

· A holder of travel document of the Republic of Turkey: proof of place of residence (permanent residence) and other addresses within the consular district of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara (Yerleşim yeri (ikametgah) ve diğer adres belgesi) in pdf format

· A Holder of travel document not issued by the Republic of Turkey: Residence permit (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ikamet İzni) in pdf format

Sending the required data only in the form of attachments is not sufficient, it is necessary to fill in the data in the subject and in the text of the e-mail. At the same time, the data in the text of the e-mail must correspond in full and in detail to the data in the attachments. If they are different, the order is discarded and remains unanswered.

The request will not be considered in the following cases:

· The applicant does not state the purpose of stay in the subject

· The applicant does not provide all the required information in the text of the e-mail

· The applicant will not attach both required attachments, or the attachments will be in a format other than pdf

· The applicant saves the attachments to the cloud storage and only includes links to them in the e-mail

· The data in the body of the e-mail will be different from the data in the attachments

· The request will be for more than one applicant (exception - minors filing at the same time as their legal representative - see below)

ATTENTION! When applying for a long-term visa / stay, it is necessary to prove yourself with an official statement proving permanent residence in the consular district of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara.

ATTENTION! IF THE REQUEST DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE PRINCIPLES, IT WILL NOT BE REPLIED.

ATTENTION! LEGAL ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY FOR CITIZENS OF "THIRD" COUNTRIES - § 169 g

Citizens residing in Turkiye on a long-term basis, who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkiye, may apply for a long-term residence permit at the Embassy of the Czech Republic only if they have been legally and continuously residing in the Republic of Turkiye for at least two years!!!

ATTENTION! Registration emails activated by the sender, that have the functionality of not being able to send a reply from the mailbox they are delivered to, will be excluded from the registration!

E-mail applications for setting an appointment to submit the application will be sorted into one queue according to the order in which the e-mails will arrive at the e-mail address ankara.visa@mzv..gov.cz.

Dates are assigned strictly chronologically in the order of delivery of orders to the e-mail box ankara.visa@mzv.gov.cz

Please note that to ensure the functionality of the system for all applicants, attempts to send registrations in bulk using software tools may be evaluated as spam by the mzv.cz domain's anti-spam security, as a result of which such registrations will not be taken into account.

ATTENTION! The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara do not interfere in any way with the order of applicants, they do not change or influence the order. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara will not respond to requests to change the deadline for receiving an application for a residence permit. In the event that the applicant does not arrive within the set deadline, he / she will have to apply for a new deadline in the standard manner described above.

The rule is one e-mail = one applicant, orders for more than one person in one e-mail are also not accepted.

An exception is the situation where the application for a residence permit is submitted by the applicant and at the same time by his minor child / children (only for the purpose of family / family reunification). In this case, the applicant will send one e-mail, stating the required information about himself / herself and his / her minor child (s) and attaching a copy of the data page of his / her travel document (s) and a copy of documents proving the purpose of the applicant's stay. and the purpose of the stay of his / her child (ren). If the child is registered in the applicant's travel document, this must be stated in the body of the e-mail and a copy of the page in the applicant's passport containing information about his / her child / children must be attached. In these cases, it is not necessary to indicate the additional purpose of such minors in the email header.
