Short-term visa up to 90 days

Applications shall be submitted no earlier than six months and, in the case of seafarers in the performance of their duties, no earlier than nine months, prior to the commencement of the intended visit and no later than 15 calendar days before the commencement of the intended visit.

ATTENTION! Local jurisdiction must be respected when accepting an application for a short-stay visa within 90 days.

Within the Republic of Turkey, such a document is usually a document concerning the place of residence (permanent residence) and other addresses within the consular district of the Czech Embassy in Ankara (Yerleşim yeri (ikametgah) ve diğer adres belgesi) and in the case of the holder a travel document other than that issued by the Republic of Turkey (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ikamet İzni).

Only a family member of an EU citizen who is a citizen of the Republic of Turkey or legally established in its territory within the scope of long-term residence can apply without prior appointment directly to the Czech Embassy in Ankara every Wednesday (if the day falls on a working day or remotely) closing / unavailability of services is not announced) between 10.00-11.00, unless the above is limited to some extent by applicable legislation.
