Signed Plan of joint activities is focused on the development of the co-operation in sphere of scientific research, culture, energy saving, education and dissemination of information about the Czech Republic, the Visegrad Group and the Republic of Azerbaijan in both countries.

One of the point of the Plan was fulfilled immediately after signing of the Plan because the ceremony was followed by lecture for students of Baku universities dealing with history of the Visegrad co-operation. The Visegrad Group celebrates 25 years in 2016 and several planned events will be devoted to this anniversary.
