The visit could be realized thanks to the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in the frame of the programme Local Small Scale Project for 2017. During their stay in the Czech republic Azerbaijani guests met Ladislav Bánovec, Director of international relations department,  at Ministry of Education where they were acquainted with the system of the education in the Czech Republic. They visited Parliament where they discussed with Deputy Marta Berdychová relations between education sphere and local self-government.

Main part of the visit was devoted to meeting with Director of the school Jaroslav Baše and Mayor of the village Helena Toldová in Studnice u Náchoda. They visited local elementary school and familiarize themselves with the running of the village. At the end of the visit in Studnice the Memorandum of understanding was signed.

The Memorandum opens the space for deepening of the mutual co-operation between two villages in the sphere of education and exchange of experience with solution of problems which they face in their everyday life.
