A testimony to 40 years of friendship among this group of Azerbaijani and Czech artists, this is the first art exhibition in Azerbaijan since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and will remain open until the end of February.

National Artist Fərhad Xəlilov, chairman of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, participated at the opening of the exhibition along with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic Milan Ekert and Madam Qənirə Paşayeva, chairperson of the Cultural Committee of the Milli Məclis and both of the exhibiting artists from Azerbaijan. Mr. Velčovský and Mr. Vavrys could, unfortunately, not participate due to restrictions related to the ongoing pandemic.
