The Czech Republic was represented by the national stand organized by the Czech Trade governmental agency.  Besides the Czech Republic only two other countries – Russian Federation and Turkey were represented by their national stands during the event. On the first day the Czech companies present on the trade fair were supported by the representatives of the Embassy in Baku, headed by Czech Ambassador in Azerbaijan Mr. V. Pivoňka.

Shortly after the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the national stand of the Czech Republic has been visited by the Deputy Minister of Health of Azerbaijan Mr. E. Agayev, who briefly met with Czech Ambassador and local Czech Trade representative Mr. J. Lukas.
