BEFORE YOU TRAVEL: Step-by-step guide on quarantine measures

Since July 13, 2020, it is again possible to apply for a short-term visa for a trip to the Czech Republic for all purposes of stay. Nevertheless, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bangkok warns all applicants that the remaining ban on scheduled passenger flights to Thailand may have a negative effect on a timely departure from the Schengen area before the expiry of the Schengen visa. For this reason, we call on all potential applicants to consider carefully in advance, whether it is necessary to make a trip to the Czech Republic under these conditions and whether they really intent to apply for a visa or to take all the risks associated with it.

The applicants for Schengen visas, long-term visas and residence permits for the purpose of economic or education activities are obliged to submit document on fulfilling requirements against introduction of infectious disease.
