Visa and stay-permit applications are accepted by appointment only.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bangkok is in charge of  applications of citizens of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.

Current Extent of Visa Services


The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bangkok accepts applications for long-term visa/resident permit and employee card. Applications for short-term visa remain partially restricted. more ►

Short-term Visa (up to 90 days)


All Schengen Visa Applications for travels to the Czech Republic are to be submitted exclusively through the VFS Global Visa Application Centre in Bangkok. more ►

Long-Term Visa/Residence Permit


Applications for Long-Term Visas and Long-Term Residence Permits are accepted only by appointment. The Embassy offers 12 slots per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00. Out of them 18 are monthly designated for employee card… more ►

Employee Card


Employee Card Applications are accepted only by appointment. The appointment can be arranged through an electronic booking system once every two months. The next reservation date is December 1, 2021 starting from 14:00 Thai local time. more ►
