Starting from October 2023, applicants, who would like to apply for long-term visa and long-term residency permit through the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing, have to make an appointment through new booking system.

自2023年10月起，通过捷克驻北京大使馆申请预约长期签证和长期居留卡、工作卡等的申请人需遵守以下新的预约系统

The booking system will open two times in October and applicants will be able to apply for an appointment in December 2023 and January 2024. Applicants cannot apply for a specific appointment date for submitting their application. The exact appointment date for submitting the application will be send to the applicant via e-mail.

预约系统将在十月开启两次，申请人可以预约至2023年12月和2024年1月。申请人无法申请一个具体的递交日期。具体的递交时间将通过邮件回复至申请人。

THIS NEW BOOKING SYSTEM IS NOT FOR APPLICANTS WITH THE PURPOSE OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH OR FOR APPLICANTS UNDER SPECIAL PROGRAMMES SUCH AS STUDENT REGIME, KEY AND RESEARCH STAFF PROGRAMME, HIGHLY QUALIFIED WORKERS PROGRAMME ETC. The booking system will open and close as follows预约系统开放关闭时间如下:

1. Registrations for appointments ONLY for: Employee Cards, Blue Cards, Intra-Company Employee Transfer Cards will be open on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 14:00 to 20:00 Beijing time (i.e. from 8:00 to 14:00 Prague time).

2023年10月22日星期天14:00至20:00开启（布拉格时间8:00至14:00）

There are 105 slots available for December 2023 and January 2024, appointments will be scheduled for Tuesdays only.

2023年12月至2024年1月将会有105个空位。预约时间只能为每周二。

2. Registrations for appointments for the purpose of: Study, Scientific Research, Family, Family Reunification, Other etc. /not employee cards!/, will be open on Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 14:00 to 20:00 Beijing time (i.e. from 7:00 to 13:00 Prague time).

RULES VALID FOR BOTH TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS 两种方式预约有效期:

The following rules must be observed for successful registration for an appointment: E-mail request for the appointment has to be written in English or Czech language and contain these obligatory data:

若成功完成注册预约，需要完成以下：电子邮件预约请求需要通过英文或捷克语请求预约并且包含以下信息：

• In the SUBJECT (THEME/PURPOSE/TOPIC) LINE of the e-mail, there must be only the applicant’s PASSPORT NUMBER (if applicable, the letters of the passport number has to be CAPITAL LETTERS). E-mails, which will not have passport number in the subject line, will not be considered as valid and will not be answered and processed. Applicants, who will send more than 1 e-mail, will be excluded.   必须且只有护照号码（护照号码大写）。邮件主题未按照此要求填写将不会进行回复及处理。请申请人务必不要重复发送多封邮件。

• Each applicant is allowed to send ONLY ONE (1) e-mail. Children up to the age of 18 years of age do not need to apply separately, if submitting their application together with their parent/legal guardian or applying for the purpose of reunification with them (e.g. the email has to contain information regarding both parent and child or children).  18岁以下的未成年人若与父母之一或法定监护人一起提交家庭团聚申请则不需要单独申请预约（电子邮件中需包含父母及子女信息）。

• The e-mail must contain the following identification information about the applicant (attachment in PDF or JPG max. 10 MB; attachments that require download or are stored on cloud will not be accepted and the registration e-mail will be discarded): （附件为PDF文件或JPG文件，最大不超过10M；附件为云存储文件将被忽略）：

1. Given name and surname 拼音名姓
2. Date of birth 出生日期
3. Passport number 护照号码
4. Purpose of travel (e.g. study, family reunification, culture, seasonal work – work permit etc.) 出行目的（学习，家庭团聚，文化，季节性工作-工作许可等等）
5. E-mail address (please note that if the option to reply is disabled by sender, the e-mail with an appointment request will be automatically discarded!)（请注意，如果申请人设置了禁止回复选项，则带有预约请求的邮件将被自动忽略）
6. Attachment: scan of the passport data page (in .pdf format) 护照首页扫描件（Pdf格式）
7. Attachment: scan of the Chinese visa, if applicant is from a third country (only applicants, who have lived in China for 2 consecutive years can apply) 中国签证页扫描件，若申请人为第三方国家
8. Attachment: scan of the document proving the travel purpose (e.g. blue card – complete and signed employment contract; study purpose – acceptance letter from the university; family reunification – marriage or birth certificate) – (in .pdf format) 证明出行目的文件扫描件（例如：蓝卡-签署的完整工作合同；学习目的-大学的接收函；家庭团聚-结婚证及出生证明）-（PDF格式）

Without these information and attachments, your e-mail will be discarded. 如没有以上信息及附件，您的邮件将被忽略。

E-mail requests for appointments are sorted to one unlimited line by the date/hour/minute/second of delivery to the booking e-mail and in this order the appointments are scheduled. The Consular Section of the Embassy is not authorized to interfere in any way. Scheduled appointments are fixed, they cannot be changed by the applicant nor the Embassy.

预约的时间将按照电子邮件收到的日期/小时/分/秒进行排序。捷克驻北京大使馆签证处将无权干涉或改变预约顺序。

If the applicant cannot appear at the Consular and Visa Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing on a scheduled date to submit his/her application, he/she has to register through booking system for a new appointment. Appointments that are already confirmed by the booking system, cannot be postponed or changed in any way and cannot be transferred to another person.

若申请人无法按照预约的时间出现在捷克驻北京大使馆签证处并递交申请资料，他/她将需要重新提交新的预约申请。预约时间一旦通过系统确认将无法通过任何人进行延迟或者改变。

Only those applicants for long-term visa and long-term residency permit, who receive information from the booking system with the exact date and time of their appointment (i.e. valid appointment holders) will be allowed to apply in person.

只有收到确切预约时间的长期签证、长期居留卡和工作卡申请人被允许本人按照预约时间递交材料。

 

Slots distribution 预约空位分布:

Tuesdays: 15 appointments (Employee Card, Blue Card, Intra-Company Employee Transfer Card)  15个申请人（工作卡，蓝卡，内部员工调动卡）

Wednesdays: 15 appointments (Students, Scientific Research)  15个申请人（学生，科学研究）

Thursdays: 10 appointments (Other Purposes – Family, Family Reunification, Business, Sport etc.)  10个申请人（其他目的-家庭，家庭团聚，商业，运动等）
