With Alpine Pro on skis, the Czech Days in Dongbei launched!

Series of three races in so-called "Ski Orienteering" started in the Beidahu Ski Resort in Jilin province in the north of the country. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing took part in the event  along with the general partner of the race, the Czech outdoor clothes manufacturer Alpine Pro Company.

"Ski Orienteering" is a series of three ski races designed to support the development of winter leisure activities, such as skiing, in China. The first race started on Saturday, January 19, in Beidahu Ski Resort in Jilin Province. The next race is to take place in Yabuli Ski Resort of Heilongjiang Province on February 23. The final race will occur in one of the venues of the 2022 Winter Olympics, Wanlong and Secret Garden Ski Resorts, in Zhangjiakou nearby Beijing on March 9, 2019.

The main event organizer is the China Sport Venue Association and the Chinese Ski Association, in cooperation with the named ski resorts. The strategic event partner is the China Center for Urban Development of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China. The Chinese Enterprise Sports Association also supported the event. The event´s general partner is the Czech Alpine Pro company, which is also a partner of several ski resorts in China. The Chinese Olympic Committee took patronage over of the event.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing attended the race as part of its Czech Days activities, which are focusing on the Dongbei region and winter sports this year. Not only did the embassy come to support Alpine Pro, which has provided the embassy team with a great ski jersey with the logos of this year's anniversary and Czech Days partners. The embassy also came to raise awareness of the Czech Republic, Czech brands of winter sports equipment, Czech ski skills, but mainly to introduce the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries in winter sports.

Alpine Pro is a strong player in the Chinese sports equipment market, especially in outdoor sports such as skiing. The company is not only a partner of the Chinese Olympic Committee, China Sport Venue Association, several ski resorts in China, etc., but also partner of several important institutions such is the Bank of China. All of the above mentioned subjects the company dresses into their shirts, outdoor and winter jackets and trousers. Alpine Pro is also a partner of the Czech Days in the long run. Alpine Pro has been operating on the Chinese market since 1997. It has three offices and its own sales team in China.
