BVV Trade Fairs Brno introduced to China their 2019 Trade Shows

On March 14, BVV Trade Fairs Brno organised a Press Conference introducing their year´s trade shows at the Embassy of the Czech Republic. One of the biggest attractions throughout the years has been the International Engineering Fair, whose importance and contribution to the Chinese market highlighted the Chinese journalists that visited the fair last year. The beautiful scenery of the City of Brno and the South Moravian Region underlined the presentation of the agency CzechTourism. The conference helped to organize the CzechTrade Representative Office in Beijing in cooperation with the Economic Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing.
 

Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Trade Fairs Brno, a.s. Jiří Kuliš introduced in the form of entertaining video trailers the exhibitions and trade fairs organized by Trade Fairs Brno this year to exhibitors, industry associations and journalists. These include the International Engineering Fair, the STYL Fashion Fair and the KABO Footwear Fair, the WOOD-TEC Trade Fair for Woodworking and Furniture, ANIMAL TECH Animal Production Fair and the Livestock Exhibition accompanied by the 9th Central European Veterinary Congress and others.

From the aforementioned fairs, the International Engineering Fair is the fair, which enjoys the biggest Chinese participation every year. Last year, Chinese journalists visited the 60th fair as part of the project in support of economic diplomacy (PROPED), which was held in the spirit of the 100th anniversary since founding of Czechoslovakia. „Brno Machinery Fair leads and grasps the direction for next generation technology and market trend of machinery industry, and presents the development of the next generation intelligent machinery manufacturing," referred the journalist Qi Xiaoling from China Industry News. “International Engineering Fair grasps the latest trends and focuses on the frontier development of machinery industry.  Visit Brno and learn more about International Engineering Fair. Let the next generation of industrial products make your life better!” said Zhang Weilun of CCPIT China Trade News.

In the presentation of the agency CzechTourism, which focused on promoting the Czech Republic as a tourist destination as well as highlighted the cultural and gastronomic wealth of the South Moravian region and the City of Brno, Director of the Beijing CzechTourism Office Mr. Lukáš Pokorný has underlined the attractiveness of Czech environment and stressed the reason why to definitely visit trade fairs in the Czech Republic, especially those in the city of Brno.

Let's hope that this year the International Engineering Fair will again attract many Chinese companies to participate at! The Economic Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing will be pleased to assist and support the acquisition of government-related partners not only through its regular work, but also throughout the Czech Days activities, which this year focus on the Northeast China region where our engineering cooperation with China began!
