Closing of the consular department of the Embassy of the Czech republic in Bern for visitors

The primary priority of the Embassy at the moment is to keep functioning during the exceptional situation in Switzerland.

Due to this as well as the ever worsening epidemiologic situation, we must cancel the usual visiting hours of 10 AM to 12 PM for the foreseeable future.

In case of an emergency it is possible to contact us using the telephone number 0041 79 641 33 00.

 

The following are numbers specifically meant for people of Czech citizenship that have questions regarding the return to the Czech republic during the Coronavirus Pandemic:

Given the present situation we urge everyone to give all requests using the internet, over the telephone or even using the postal services, not in person.
