The lecture for the participants of the NATO Defence College course was organised in Zurich by the Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport. Along with Jiří Ellinger, Mr. Hervé Auffret, a representative of the Geneva-based think tank DCAF, made a presentation of their activities. Students from NATO member and partner countries were keenly interested in the Czech Republic's experience of joining NATO, perceptions of Russian aggression in Ukraine and cooperation with neutral Switzerland.
