Czech Street Party 2018

The 11th edition of the Czech Street Party, the largest Czech Open Air Festival in Brussels will take place on 15th June starting at 5pm in Rue Caroly.

This year, you can look forward to the solo performance of Lenka Dusilová – a Czech singer with an extraordinary voice, the Brno based band Poletíme? and finally, the famous folk-inspired yet very up-to-date band Čechomor, who will be the main star of the evening. This year you will also have an opportunity to compete and win interesting prices!

The popular open-air festival of Czech culture is not only about music. The centennial of Czech statehood will also be celebrated there in many ways. At stands of regions, tourism and cultural institutions representing the Czech Republic, visitors will have a chance to taste various of local food, drink Czech fine wine and beer and learn more than basic tourist information that can be useful for a visit to the Czech Republic. Czech Street Party is one of the most popular and most visited Czech events held in Brussels.

The event is organised by: City of Prague, City of Brno, Central Bohemia Region, Liberec Region, South Moravian Region, Pilsen Region, Vysočina Region, Pardubice Region, Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU, Czech Centre Brussels, Czech Tourism, VIDA! Science centre, Mendel University in Brno.               

The general sponsor of 11th Czech Street Party is the ČEZ Group. The event is organised with the support of Škoda Import and under the direction of Czech Art Agency.
