How to lodge a complaint

Information how to file a complaint, what are deadlines for executing a complaint, which identification data should a complaint involve etc.
 

According to the Joint directive of the Minister and the State Secretary from 31 January 2017, complaints of an inappropriate behaviour of the emloyees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic or employees of the Embassy of the Czech Republic as well as complaints of maladministration of those may be filled to the Inspection General and Internal Audit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in the Czech lanuage only. It is also possible to lodge a complaint in Czech, Romanian or English to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bucharest either by phone (+40 21 303 92 30) or in person (opening hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:30), by e-mail (bucharest@embassy.mzv.cz) or by mail (Embassy of the Czech Republic, Str. Ion Ghica Nr. 11, 030045 Bucharest).

Complaints made by persons, who have not been affected by an inappropriate behaviour or maladministration directly, may not be considered complaints according to the Administrative Procedure Code.
