At the Summer school the Ambassador delivered a lecture within a bloc on Experiment Czechoslovakia. Both speakers and numerous discussants pointed out a positive role of Czechoslovakia for a history of the Czechs and the Slovaks, peaceful character of a split of Czechoslovakia and good current mutual cooperation of the Czech and Slovak republics.

There were two basic themes of this year´s sixth edition of the Historic Film Festival in Rasnov, where over 40 documentaries and fiction films were presented – the Great War and the changes of 1989.
