At the beginning, speeches were delivered by the Ambassador V. Války and the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania M. C. Badescu. At the event there were about 300 guests from the Government, Parliament, public and cultural life, the Czech minority and the Diplomatic corps.
