First Czech-Tibetan Brewery “Black Yak” Officially Launched

On 22nd November 2016 an official launch of the brewery Black Yak took place in Xinduqiao, Western Sichuan Province. Czech and Chinese partners have been working hard to produce a new signature drink.

Czech hops, Tibetan water and joined love for good beer – that is the combination that makes the production of beer called “Wild Yak” very special. Xinduqiao, a lovely city in Ganzi Prefecture in Western Sichuan Province, is the seat of the newly launched first Czech-Tibetan brewery.

Consul General Zbyněk Noha attended the official launch and wished good luck and lots of success to Wild Yak. He expressed his conviction that Wild Yak goes perfectly with Sichuanese and Tibetan cuisine and it will soon become a favourite drink of local citizens as well as travelers from afar.

Mr. Max Nesázal, who is the Czech partner to the business project of Black Yak Brewery, lives and works in Western Sichuan and promotes Czechia even in such a far region. He successfully runs a restaurant and guesthouse Khampa Café.
