Note:
Citizens can obtain relevant forms at any Alien Police Inspectorate, at diplomatic missions and consular posts of the Czech Republic abroad, or they can download these forms on the internet.
 
Forms can be printed using standard computer printers and may, if their required dimensions and colours are maintained, be submitted by foreign nationals to the bodies of the Alien Police Service. 
 
Forms by which foreign nationals apply for residence must be provided to foreigners personally, with respect to personal data protection.
