Chicago’s Event promoting American Airlines nonstop flights to Prague

On November 5th 2019  four Czech partners, the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chicago, Prague Airport, American Airlines, CzechInvest, co-organized the event promoting a new nonstop flight from Chicago to Prague, launched from May 8 next year by American Airlines.

The launch of nonstop flight from Chicago to Prague was promoted among the Chicagoan travel agents and business communities at the event in the Mid-America Club of Chicago on the 80th floor of the Aon Centre in Chicago.

The new connection will be available to travelers five times a week from May 8 to 24 October 2020. Based on Prague Airport’s estimates, more than 48 thousand passengers will use the new route in both directions during the season.

The route will be flown with American’s state-of-the-art Boeing 787-8 with 234 seats in Flagship Business, Premium Economy and Main Cabin classes of service. This nonstop flight will shave at least four hours off the typical no direct flights to Prague from other American cities.

Whether for business or leisure, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this new service. It's a great way to spend a few days in our beautiful Prague and the other regions of our county.

Next year, travelers from the United States of America to the Czech Republic will thus be able to fly directly already from four destinations in the United States of America, namely from New York with Delta Airlines (JFK airport) and United Airlines (Newark airport), from Philadelphia and now also from Chicago with American Airlines.
