Czech National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO) tours the USA

Czech National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO) returns for its third US tour.
The CNSO for 26 years has earned an enviable reputation among both Czech and Europe’s top symphonic ensembles. Renowned for its versatility, the orchestra annually presents a broad program ranging from classical music concerts to contemporary genres, film scoresjazz and musicals.

The orchestra will deliver a total of seven concerts in the US between February 12 and February 19, 2023. Two concerts take a place in New York (the highlight will certainly be their performance at New York’s acclaimed Carnegie Hall) and also one performance will be at Newark' Prudential Hall in New Jersey.

The program will feature Johannes Brahms' Violin Concerto in D minor as well as symphonic works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Antonín Dvořák. The famous American violinist Robert McDuffie will play the solo part while the orchestra will be led by its Music Director, Steven Mercurio.
