The 20th edition of the TREBBIA International Awards ceremony.

The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York would like to inform you that on Sunday, June 12 , 2022, the 20th edition of the TREBBIA International Awards for the Promotion of Culture and Creative Activities will take a  place - for more details, please visit https://trebbia.eu/en/.

In the previous nineteen years, 112 laureates from 29 countries have received the TREBBIA award.

Among the honorees of the 20th anniversary edition is the Slovak-born Czech composer Prof. Juraj Filas, who died on December 31, 2021. His stirring work Requiem Oratio Spei was performed at the Bohemian National Hall in New York, home of the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York, on September 9 and 10, 2021 to commemorate the sad twentieth anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11 2001.

The Ministers of Culture of the Czech and Slovak Republics took over the patronage of this year's award.

On Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 8:00 pm to 9:35 pm CET (2:00 pm to 3:35 pm ET), the Trebbia Foundation's YouTube channel will broadcast live in English simultaneous translation at  (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqn8JUqRbIhbl2WpeyXZC5w).
