Visa Information

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen does not issue visas. As of May 2023, all visa services in the Schengen Area are provided by the Visa Centre of the Consulate General in Dresden. Click here to schedule appointment for visa/residence application submission.

Citizens of the EU, Iceland, Norway, Lichtenstein, and Switzerland may travel to the Czech Republic without visa.

Non-EU nationals with valid residence permit in Denmark (indicated in their passport or on a residence card) do not need a visa for a tourist trip to the Czech Republic for a period of maximum 90 days.
