Czech UNESCO sights at the Copenhagen exhibition

On 24 – 29 October 2016, the Czech Republic was presenting its UNESCO sites in Copenhagen at the K.U.K.S. International Exhibition which has been opened symbolically on the United Nations Day, Monday 24 October, at the Copenhagen City Hall.

The theme for K.U.K.S. exhibition is a wide variety of sites of cultural or natural importance, which have been chosen for their uniqueness by the UNESCO and included in the World Heritage List. The countries were invited to present sites they have on this list, or sites they would like to be included in the future. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen prepared an exhibition presenting 12 historic sites listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The opening took place on Monday 24 October at the Copenhagen City Hall in the presence of the Czech Ambassador to Denmark Jiří Brodský.
