Night with Andersen 2015

The Czech School in Copenhagen joined also this year the international Night with Andersen which the Association of Children´s Libraries of SKIP organizes together with several other institutions in the Czech Republic.

The 15th year of the event, which has the aim to support children´s interest in reading, marks the 210th anniversary of the birth of the Danish fairy-tale author Hans Christian Andersen, and also the 100th birth anniversary of the Czech writer Jan Drda. The Czech Embassy in Copenhagen is traditionally one of the partners of the project.

Night with Andersen 2015 takes place 27 March 2015 in the Czech Republic. The Czech School in Copenhagen arranged a program for the children of Czech expats living in Denmark 21 – 22 March 2015 in Albertslund.
